1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Selected International Locations

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10-15 business days
  • Express International: 5-8 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose. Fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (Free on orders over $100)
  • Express Shipping: $19.99

International

  • Rates vary depending on destination and weight. Fees are calculated during checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor the delivery progress.

Track Your Order: Use the tracking information provided to check the status of your delivery at any time.

6. Delivery Attempts and Missed Deliveries

If you are not available during delivery:

  • The courier will attempt up to 3 deliveries.
  • A notification will be left if no one is available to receive the package.
  • You may contact the courier service to arrange re-delivery or pick-up from their local facility.

📌 Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to us due to non-delivery may incur additional fees for re-shipment.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional costs for re-shipping due to address errors.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact contact@mytopix.xyz within 12 hours of placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mytopix.xyz.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance.
  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

9. International Customs and Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
